Hi just a random passerby here after seeing your thread.
Honestly you have the potential to be good but I see why Turkey was saying that the quality of your work has been relatively low effort doodling. They need polish.
I can get why it sucks to be descouted but I'm willing to wager that if you hone your craft and actually take the effort to make your pieces more refined as opposed to being some sketch work you may end up getting scouted again. Don't lose hope for Newgrounds just because of this and take it as feedback, won't happen overnight but this is one of those things where you need to enjoy the process more.
That's what I have to add to this. Anyhow good luck in your creative endeavors.

Yeah I realize that what they ment was basically more colored and polished art like I have already done, which I can do when I get the energy
I misinterprated it as "all of your art isn't good" which is absolutely what they aren't saying
I did realize I sorta don't like Newgrounds that much regardless though
